Maci Philitas is the founder and CEO of Eagle Rock Kids™, a story-driven program inspired by Montessori principles and rituals, designed to foster healthy, foundational money habits in young children. A lifelong innovator, Maci previously served as a Vice President at Bernstein Private Wealth Management, where she developed tools to facilitate meaningful, multigenerational conversations about wealth. She also played a pivotal role in designing bespoke financial literacy and entrepreneurship curricula for Ultra High Net Worth families.
In addition, Maci is the co-founder of On Second Thought, a patented technology that allows users to undo text messages—a groundbreaking feature used in over 190 countries. A three-time “40 Under 40” honoree, she is among the first 100 Black women to raise over $1 million in venture funding. Throughout her career, Maci has been dedicated to empowering families and communities by unlocking long-term value, wealth, and agency.
Maci currently resides in Montclair, NJ, with her husband and their two sons.
